Question about the EQ2 service

How are you building this? Do you screen scrape, read the log file, or watch the network? I'm just curious here. I have a lot of experience with a system for Asheron's Call called Decal where the entire network protocol was reverse engineered.

That seems like a lot of work for XUnleashed which supports so many games so how do you accomplish building the service?

I'd guess he's pulling the values direct from the game's memory space.
