This just started today. Yesterday everything was fine. Today moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen does not work. I tried Fullscreen (I usually use windowed) It doesn't work either. I usually have to move the window a bit away from the task bar but nothing seems to work.

I have never been able to get CTRL-INS-# to work. any advice is apreciated.

Edit: The icon does appear in the upper left as usual.

Reboot.
