if you pre-order or have station access, you can use /claim to get a ring with ok stats for lower lvl 30's.

The thing is you can /claim multiple times with the same character!

You can also /claim from each of your characters (unlike the heritage/dvd claims).

I noticed this as well but do you have any good use for this knowledge? I know the rings are listed as no-trade no-value. Does re-claiming the ring allow you to do the quest over again?

No, just if you had two crappy rings before, you can have two of the claimed ones to wear.

you can claim as many rings as you want - but they are lore and you can only wear 1 of the rings at a time, so NO you can not wear two at a time.

I tried. I stopped after claiming 10 rings and deleted the other 9 after finding out the lore flag wont allow you to wear them, even if you have them in inventory already.
