In a group, shaman cast a buff that required 3 concentration slots. Later we evac'd to the zone in. Tank still had the buff from the shaman but the shaman now had 5 full slots of concentration open. Shaman re-cast buff on a different group member. Tank still had his buff icon and the effects and so did the other member.

Foreboding? I think was the name of the shaman buff. Might work with other buffs? Might work with other classes?

Anyone else confirm this?

As a cleric I have seen every time we evac - the buff icons I had on other players are still showing in maintained, but they do not consume a concentration point. The HP buff is also still on the player. I would say yes this is a bug. You could target buff everyone - evac - and then cast a new set of buffs.

Tried this with a group tonight and found it does indeed work.

However only single target buffs are affected by this - and not when they are cast on yourself.
