Ok, so I wanted to use the HarvestBot. I downloaded it and placed it where it should go, but I notice that it says I need to install EQ2Service.

So I come back here to xunleashed.com, go to the download section and download the visual basic file of it.

Now what? I'm completely clueless on what I'm supposed to do with it. I opened it up in notepad and that really didn't help much. I tried placing it in my scripts folder, but that didn't do anything.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do with this, step by step, in order to get EQ2Service funtioning with my XU?

Down load the file from
Register to unlock hidden link

Copy it under your Plugin folder, and double click on it, the file should be named EQ2Service.XUI

This should setup your Service file, or it did for me.

Hmm... Ok.

I downloaded the file and renamed the extention to XUI. I put it in this directory:

C:\XU\Plugins\Everquest2\EQ2Service\

I double clicked on it. Plugin and Service Installer pops up and says "You will need to Register this plugin/service manually". I hit OK and close out of the window. I load XUnleashed and the EQ2Service isn't listed in my list of plugins.

Any ideas from here?
