If you follow right wall from beach up the dead basin, keep high on wall then you will at some point be able to see towards RoV. Go there you will fall and fall and pop at the docks.

I wouldn't even bother trying to find this warp without some /locs and confirmation it was a repeatable exploit. A one time folly does not constitute an exploit.
