I know this isnt an exploit and will prob be moved but ahh such is life:

next time you want to harvest tier 4 material go to BloodSkull Valley.....no timer....no min peps lim....only down side is you get a bunch of orcs pounding on ya...no prob if you are 29 or above...or u just kill all but 3....CAUTION if you kill them all then more ORCS will arrive...

I HAVE CONFIRMED YOU CAN GET RARES HERE...

Try Cove if Decay in TS...same thing except no aggro....easy to harvest, but to date I have not found any rares here....hopefully soon:

I've mined Ruthenium in CoD.
