Not sure if this was fixed and is now broke again but it seems you can scribe spells/combat arts that are in your bank. I was in Thundering Stepps and managed to scribe an Adept Combat Art I had in my bank.

Type the following to get the bank window up.

/Show_Window Inventory.Bank

Its case sensitive otherwise you just get grey boxes. Not sure if you can do anything else such as equip items etc.

Ahh OK. Thought this had been fixed in a recent patch and was broke again now.

This has been confirm, I had not read the posts for this but just got curious and tried it about 3 days ago and it worked.

ok, this command is completely useless, you cant deposit, equip, or withdraw anything from there

worthless? hardly. You must have your entire inventory memorized. I know I use it almost daily.

also: theres an alternative thats a bit easier to type: type /bag, then hit tab, will automaticly expand to '/bag_open', then add -3 for bank, -4 for shared bank (-1 for inventory, except its wierd- it shows an empty bag- the 1st 6 slots corespond to your inventory slots, as in you can drop items there, but they won't display in that particular window. Not exploitable, trust me I spent a fair ammount of time messing with it. -5 is house vault, but will only show its contents if your are actualy in your house, so again not terrbily useful). So full command is /bag_open -3 for the bank. ALOT easier to type than above....although you really ought to do yourself a favor and just make it a hotkey...

Anyone know if you can read books in the bank this way?

This would be huge for me if you can. I have so many damn book quests, half the time I don't have the right book to continue them when I finish a part of one.

Nope. I would also love to do this instead I have to carry around a ton of books.
