Respawning rare spawns (from group)

I didn't see this posted here, or in confirmed so here it is. This is, or should be, a well known exploit.
You know that Sullon Lieutenant you have to kill, 30 times for the Nine Contemplations book quest? And there is all of ONE spawn of him in Zek?
If you kill him, run a bit, then hit the Help button, he and his group will reset.
This is a HUGE time saver over having to wait 6+ minutes for respawn.
Another book quest has you kill 30 of the 2 guys that spawn with the Brewmiester in Runnyeye, which is rare. Again, a huge time saver. Leave the brewmiester, kill his buddies, which is what you need (cant remember their names), run, then call for help.
Some group mobs, if you yell for help too early, they will just run back and not reset the group. Running soem distance first, then yelling should do the trick.
