EQservice problem

Hi
Since i added a 3rd account i get none of them to work now.
When i try and start a script the log file says that it "cant get player name and aventure level from eqservice" and the script stops. I'm stumped and its frustrating the hell out of me
anyone have any ideas?

edit: ive now re-installed unleashed and the eqservicer but it still seems to be unable to locate and use the eqservicer and get player info. I've tried all 3 accounts with different alts and ive run out of ideas.I'm starting to give up with it now.

Do all the VBS files that come with EQ2Service work? MouseDemo.vbs?

Yep mouse demo and send keys .vbs works fine

Hmm - well that means XU is working, but not that EQ2Service is loaded.
Have you tried unloading EQ2Service and reloading just it?
Try that file attached that is a test script and post your results.

Once you download EQ2services you have to update it.

Hi
OK this is where im up to now with this problem, i did a complete re-install on all 3 pc's of eq2 and unleashed, installed and updated the servicer. Now eq2 will load ok on its own but wont if i use unleashed, it gets up to updating but when you hit play starts to load then throws you back to desktop
It's a brain teaser for sure

wow - you got me stumped.
I think that admin or Wyv are going to have to help get the basic XU & EQ2Service working as I have no real knowledge of the inner working of those and what can go wrong. Once the test script I have in this thread works, then I am the experts with EQ2MegaBot as I wrote it and can help with ANYTHING you come up with in that.

Turn off your /anon flag. The eq2service can't read the info if you are anonymous.
I had to turn off mine for the buffbot 2.7 script to work.

Thx guys got it going, just went through the steps you recommended and its ok now.
