I just upgraded to premium tonight, installed some scripts following all the steps exactly, installed the XUnleashed client, the EQ2 client thing, etc... but that taskbar at the bottom thats supposed to pop up so I can use my scripts never does.. anyone have any ideas?

Try swithcing back and forth between full screen and maximized windowed mode. If your runnign windowed mode make sure its maxiumized.
