Ok, finally got the taskbar opened.. but NONE of my scripts are there.. I've read all the INI's and the README's and stuff, I've extracted into the scripts folder... but no dice, I can't get them to run! Someone please help me out so I can get to Macro'in and not PissedOff'in (what?) yeah well anyways help a poor noob out!

Did you place the scripts in the scripts folder?

Not a folder inside the scripts folder.

Read the readme more carefully.

Also, make sure you dont have multiple copyies of XU running as it will look in the wrong place for your scripts.
