I've got everything to run correctly I think now I just can't seem to find the XU tabs in the EQ2 window. Can some tell me what I'm doing wrong now?

Run in window mode, and move your mouse to the lowest point of the window (must not be behinf the start bar of windows). when you have the mouse there, it should pop up.
