unable to find Crafter buttons now

Hi,
I've had this working on my laptop and this PC, but for some reason they have stopped working, I am unable to now get the button window to open up to begin crafting, screen is set to windows mode and no matter how much i try i cannot get the crafter buttons to appear is there a button i can program and hold down for them to appear?
