Hello.

I'm not sure where to ask this. I've noticed while PVPing lately that some people are using something that gives me an error while trying to attack them. Any clue on what this is called?

"Illegal target". It's not because they're immune as I follow them long after the limit should go off. I'm positive they are using some type of program.
