Need a bit of help:

I get EQ2 running, click on 'Scripts', and I get a bunch of scripts...which do I run? For example, there is:

EQ2UltraBot_ClassLib_v23.vbs
EQ2UltraBot_GlobalVars_v23.vbs
EQ2UltraBot_Harvest_v23.vbs
EQ2UltraBot_INILib_v23.vbs
EQ2UltraBot_LocationFunctions_v23.vbs
EQ2UltraBot_BaseLib_v23.vbs
EQ2UltraBot_MainFunctions_v23.vbs
EQ2UltraBot_MainLoop_v23.vbs

Etc..


Which one do I run? And how do I configure it for my character? I looked at the ub-ini-editor.exe, but I don't understand many of the options. Is there a place where people upload their custom settings for this bot? That way I don't have to start from scratch. (I am looking for a bot to get exp for me).

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

AH, oops. I found which one to run. It works now, except I can't set up my quickhot bar.

What does Before COmbat Sequence1STR mean?

I understand what Before COmbat Sequence means, but what is this '1STR'?


Also, how do I tell it what to execute in Before Combat Sequence? For example, I want it to smite the target and smite is mapped to my Quick bar 1, button 2. I tried typing in qb2,2...just '2', even 'Condemning Smite' and it doesn't work.

Someone please help.

if you unzipped it correctly there should only be 1 ultrabot file in the scripts folder, then in the subfolder is all the other files.

make sure to "maintain directory structure" when unzipping

1str means 1st string

string is a data type. but it basicly means sentence.

qb2,name(doesnt matter what),2,2s,10s



you dont want to smite in beforecombatstr, before combat string is designed to cast a buff like bestowal of vitae or something, right before it pulls. the pull string goes in percombatstr.

if you open up the ini with a text editor you'll be able to see these discriptions that the ini gui editor doesnt say. generaly that editor is best for updating from version to version, not learning for the first time.
