Harvest bot(s) won´t work!

Please, i paid 25 bucks for a premium membership, Been trying for over a month to get it working but the harvestor wont work for me, already read all forums and faqs,im using xunleashed 4.3 and eq2services and i know how to use, neither harvestbot and harvestor aren´t working for me. the window just says "1 script running" and "pet not in use" and just stops, can someone please help me? the crafter works fine, but neither harvest bot will work...
