macro that targets person who last sent you tell?

hey, being a raiding conjuror, i get tells a lot asking for essences and its a pain to have to look for their name on the raid roster and cast and target the assist,
is there a way to make a macro or bot that will target the last person who sent me a tell with a specific message...like...
Johnny tells you:"give me essence"
and like when i hit the button, the program will scan my logs for the last person who sent me a tell saying "give me essence" and target em
