when your tracking PC only for pvp peoples names show up in light blue, there is a bug to see green-orange only, just deselect the gray and red and when your tracking you will only track green-orange, they will show up light blue still but they will be within that con range.

Its not a bug its how tracking works. You can do it with normal mobs too. If you don't want to see greys just deselect the grey and they won't appear. Deselecting greys and reds mean everything but greys and reds will show up in track. Fairly common knowledge especially if your on a pvp server using it to track people in your range.

Agree. Any scout class on a PVP server uses this tactic. Working as intended. More or less a guide of some sorts...I think.
