Broker bot

Has anyone created a bot that monitors the broker yet? I thought I would check before I go about creating one.
I envision the bot having a database backend capable of tracking the item name, listed price, date/time last checked, number of items for sale for each listing (John Doe / 362 Leaded Loam / 12s).
Obviously this is going to require being able to scroll the broker listings or do specialized searches in order to load the results into mem space, correct?
Any thoughts on an existing product? many thanks~
