I found this by accident.

First get on the horse at the Kelethin ramp, then take the horse to Crushbone. About 1-2 seconds after the horse starts running jump off. The carnage flag timer should not appear.

Then take the lift closest to the druid ring up to Kelethin. Run around with no carnage flag.

I am on a pvp server and ran by several red enemies and they could not attack.
