GU52 Fix

Ok try this new dll to see if it fix the targetting problem. Unzip in eq2extreme folder and replace the existing dll. Then register this new dll with regsvr32 EQ2ExtremeService.dll
Let me know if its ok.

anyone else having probs? the app seems slow to respond, before it would dps and heal, now it barely dps's and heals seem awfully slow to respond,
