Ok so I've paid for a yrly sub and I'd just like some help getting this setup.
I have download the microsoft updates required registered the ms updates and the dlls for helper and eq2extreme.

I am not getting any errors when starting up exume. I log and and everything seems to work. A ui opens up and has the script info wrote in there. I also download the crafted script and can load it by going to file the open project.

My question is is eq2xtrem and exhum a bot? How do I set up the bot. To craft or w/e. Where is the ui like macrocrafter where theses a start button? Does eq2service or exhume need to be put somewhere in the eq2 file? Cause right now everything is in exhume folder and seems to work

if you have successfully loaded a sript (like crafter) into the eq2extreme you have to start the script and the bot starts. the start button is below the dropdowns. maybe try windowed mode for eq2 first. you only have to make the adjustments for the crafter window and train the counters (once).
you dont need to put stuff in your eq2 folder for the crafter or exbot.

Tyvm. So I read somewhere to start the script I choose debug then run? Then I'll get a new ui with options and a start button?

yes, after starting the actual program in exhume you get another ui/window. the script window from exhume may still be there, just minimize it.
to start just click the first icon under file (looks like a page with a down arrow and the loaded script will start. you can test that even with the script that is active after starting eq2extreme. to check if all is ok that should open a window with some basic info like loc etc.

if you try the crafter, in the first line under that start button in eq2extreme you should see the loaded stuff. for eqcrafter1-2.vbs that should be eq2crafter1-2.vbs, eq2overlay.vbs, eq2helper.vbs, virtualkey.vbs, eq2options.vbs. if something is missing, put it in your eq2extreme folder

Problem is im not getting this 2nd ui like I should be getting.

When I open project load the crafter script and click debug then start another ui doesnt pop up. It just auto closes the exhume ui window and doesnt do anything or give any errors.

I have been toying with this thing for hours and appreciate the response. Ive asked for a refund but havent heard anything back. When I sent pm for refund I did everything the asked (yr sub, 72 hrs, attached paypal receipt.

I'd like to get this thing running instead of a refund but theres like no support.

It's possible your script isn't loading correctly. exhume has a log file that contains errors exhume see's when it tries to do things. Working on the bot I was modifying last summer, I found numerous "errors" in the exhume log.

some of those failed log in's was because I had a wronge version of eq2service. but I fixed that.

So as it stands I can load up eq2extreme, crafter and other bots but the same thing keeps happening. when I click to start the script the exhume ui closes and nothing happens.

Running windows vista 64

1. You must be able to run EXHUME (This is NOT AN Xunleashed script!)
a. Exhume is here:

b. I had to take these steps on my VISTA machine to get Exhume to run (thanks to Gheezer for this fix):
------ i. Installed Microsoft Script Debugger from here:

------ i. Make sure you have the VB6 SP6 runtime installed. Even if it is installed, sometimes the components do not register correctly ... from here:

------ ii. download and install the latest vcredist.exe VC Runtime components from Microsoft and install as administrator ... here:

------iii. Run the batch file in 'reg_vb.zip' (which is included) as administrator to re-register the runtime components.
----- iv. used 'notepad' to create this one line batch file: register-exhume.bat (included):
"regsvr32 ExhumeHelper.dll"

make sure you start everything as an admin.

also maybe reinstall everything with admin rights.

usually i switch off UAC first on all new machines. i dont have a vista one though, just win7. i never got exhume running with UAC on. maybe switch it off and reinstall everything.

do you have the latest version of eq2extreme in your eq2extreme folder? (iirc 2.0.0. is the latest one, stickied in the forum -at work so i cant check) also register eq2extremeservice dll just as you did with the helper.

check if you have the COMDLG32.OCX in your windows system or system32 folder, if not download it and put it there (might also work in your eq2extreme folder)

Problem still stands. After I log in to exhume, I load either eq2extreme or crafter 1.2 and when I choose to start the script the exhume ui closes and nothing happens. No error messages or anything.

I turned uac off when I made the pc. I always run as admin. I tryed to reinstall everything and Im getting the same thing. I downloaded COMDLG32.OCX but it said it isnt compatable for vista 64. idk what to do. Still no word on a refund.

is it possible that you use exhume 1.2? if yes, delete / overwrite it to 1.1 and re-register the files

Ok started from scratch. So I deleted extreme, crafter and exhume.

I downloaded exhume 1.1 from the op post

Now when I try to log in I get this error

Ok did as you said started fresh again downloaded your link. reg dll's ran regvb.

Still cant log in. exhume 1.2 was allowing me to log in but not running scripts. Does you know why I can log into 1.2 but not 1.1?
