Pathing exploits

I've heard of some pathing exploits and bugged mobs. Plz list any you know of.

Only pathing errors I have seen make the mob run back and fourth for a few seconds then constantly pop to your location. Nice addition to stop exploiting, but if you want to run...it's not happening.
