After SOE updated the code to allow players to choose their writ, they added the ability to get all of the available City Writs at that same time. To do this trick:

1. Hail the writ giver
2. Select a writ, but DO NOT accept it.
3. Move writ away from giver.
4. Hail and select the next writ
5. Rinse and repeat.

When I tested this I was able to get all 12 writs for my class. In one case 3 writs all required the same mob, so I was able to get 3x status versus having to keep going back.

Unfortunately someone beat yout to this 2-3 weeks ago.

Yeah that was a post like a few months back also.
