If you find that you are being chased by a Q/FP and they are right on your tail you can hit alt+enter . This will change you from windowed mode to full screen mode, or vice versa.

If you do this over and over again while turning and running in different directions it will make your person run forward a ways and then pop back to the spot you are really at. This confuses the person trying to kill you.
