Where do you get the -50 hp item?

I know its in old ascalon, but I've yet to find it
. I know its a quest reward. Anyone know the name of the quest?

Go all the way to the back to Symon the SCribe the quets is called History of AScaln or seomthing. You have to visit historic monuments.,

it is the cities of ascalon quest. you can also ask around in nolani for people who need to get the last part and offer to buy it from them.

I don't think it even has that much use other than removing fifty of your hp, which I think is bad.

it was only used for the 55hp monks. personally i dont plan to ever use those builds.
they haven't been NERFED but they have been screwed with to the point of no longer being a challenge because every1 knows of them.
