Then basicly the idea is - every time u get scammed - post the scamemrs name and what thay scammed you with - then weekly we send the up-dated list around Guild sites - fan sites ect ect

It's a chance any admin has to take with any forum.

Indeed, much harder to fake a screeny but obviously nothings impossible, i say go with screeny.
