how do you upload hack?

Ok i made a map-hack sort of thing and i was wondering how can i upload it to tault. (a .dll and a exe.)
ps: also how do u put pics in

zip it or rar it then upload it to the submissions section. You have a option to upload stuff in there
note only premium can see them and you cant.
