This poll is useless like blowfish sayd. All professions are balanced.. If theres a build for that profession another profession has the anti-build. If your talking in a mather of PvE i think monk are the best for farming. But afcorse any profession can be made to a farming build

You should have a poll saying "What Is your Favorite Prime Profession?" and/or "What Is your Favorite Secondary Profession?"

Monk is by far the best. Everyone (probably rightfully) calls for them to be nerfed, but so few people make good healers that if they are nerfed the rest of the classes will suffer.

A good monk has it made. No trouble finding a group, and I can solo/farm level 24 cave trolls or desert griffons/minotaurs. Fun Fun.

For me Monk because you can survive solely on a using you're monk skills( if you have a prime Monk ). The Monk is the most balnced character in the game. Ppl think a monk is not the best choice because of the armor, but look at the attributes and the skills.

Attributes
Divine Favor - each skill lvl heals allows the Monk to heal somebody +3 whenever the cast a spell on them
Healing Prayer - eack skill lvl enhances skill that are used to heal
Protection Prayers - each skill lvl enhances skills used to to protect or lessen dmg, block, evade, etc.
Smiting Prayers - each skill lvl enhances skills used to directly or indirectly dmg foes

I thought the Monk was the worst prime choice myself at first, but then I used it as a prime, and when I built it up right it !@#$%^&* up just about anybody I put it up against. Now it's my favorite proffession. Don't mistake what I said and say the Monk is the best proffession. It all depends how you build your character. I can work with any proffession very well, the monk is just my favorite.

I love Elementalist because they do lots of damage and thats what im all about. I also like it to because you can use all of the elements. Fire is good for pve because it has lots of AoE spells. Air, high damage spells 25% armor penetration. Geomancer, can tank good and has wards. Water has pretty much everything you can get from all the other elements but just not as good. and you have to love energy storage:)

oh ya also I think mesmer is a great proffesion for pvp but there is not enough of them. Shutdown/Interupter mesmers are pretty much only mesmers but they work great in pvp. Have mesmers use black out on a monk(makes monk not able to use any of there skills in the skill bar for certaint amount of time) and have everybody take out the monk. use it on other players and they are pretty much stripped of everything. I dont have a full level 20 one yet but im making a N/Me and its lvl 11 so far and its lots of fun.
