holiday hats, yule hat and antlers

pretty sure while this is going on, every 3 hours grenth and the other idol show up. it should next show 9 pst , if grenths group has more people close by you get the antlers. if darwyna or whatever has more people you get yule\red and white caps. i was in lions arch.. the usa districts were getting up to over 80
just a quick bit of info that may help someone out
this is how i've gotten a hat and antlers so far

i was told by several euro guildmates that the way it works is if you are in an even numbered district you dywana wins and if an odd numbered district Grenth wins. so even numbers santa hats odd numbers reindeer hat

The even and odd thing is just somehting people made up to make it easier for people to get what they want.
