yea good point. if u want a ke just go out and buy the game for like 25$ and get an access key

No they cannot. As stated in the Guild Wars User Agreement section 3. License to Use — "You may not (a) sublicense, rent, lease, loan or otherwise transfer the Software or the Service (or any part thereof)..." from th guild wars rules sono
