I know there are lots of guides for doing this already, but I hadn't been able to kill my doppel at lower than level 13 before.

Skills:

Healing Breeze
Retribution
Physical Resistance

Attributes:

Inspiration - 3
Healing Prayers - 6+3
Smiting Prayers - 3+1+1

Armor/Equipment (all Drok's and the exact pieces may vary - I used what I had my runes on - the more energy the better, though):

Zealot's Scalp Design
Ascetic's Chest Design
Wanderer's Handwraps
Monk's Pants
Ascetic's Foot Design

Healing Ankh

Runes:

Superior Healing and Vigor, minor Smiting

What to do:

Once you are in, cast healing breeze and physical resistance. Back up enough so that you are outside of aggro range (your doppel will just use the bow and will keep attacking) - this gives a little more time between shots since your healing breeze is still a little weak due to the lower level. Cast Retribution and spam the other 2 skills as needed. Keep an eye on your energy - there are times where you may want to wait a couple of seconds to cast one so that you have energy to cast the other right away.

This isn't the most effecient kill, but it definitely gets the job done. It took me from just barely level 8 to level 14.

This was just a second account and was seeing what level I needed to be to beat it. Also, this was not submitted to get premium - I've already got it.
