First you need a W/mo, beetletun location, an axe this is good and the right skills.

you need

Evsicerate
Axe Twist
Executioners Strike
Cyclone Axe
Bonettis Defense
Mending
Live Vic.
and that one monk skill that heals you when you attack for 30 seconds.

after you have those you need glad armor for the extra energy.

then when you go to beetletun leave through the east side of the map and continue going until you see a bunch of ettins. kill them all with the mending and live vic. on you so you get healed. use cyclon axe to gain adrenalin for bonettis defense and to save yourself from dieing. you will basically get about 5 runes a run majority are purple maybe 1 rare rune per 2 runs... you can definately get a sup vigor or absorbtion in a day...
