This chest run or farming only becomes available if you have Factions and have already completed the Tahnnakai Temple Mission. Once you have completed this mission it will transport you to Zin Ku Corridor. This is the outpost where are chest run begins (sort of). What I mean is, this is where we will start to get to the beginning of our chest run. You still have to run through the temple to get to the chests. Here is a map to help you out. The last part is kind of tricky.
Once you reach the start of the chest run, which I have labeled in gold, you will be facing Temple gardians. A good tank or ranger with run skills should be able to run past these guys without too much problems. The skills they use are Bed of Coals, Smoldering Embers, and breath of fire. All these skills can be easily avoided.
Currently, I have been only finding gold chests there but if ANet has their way they will change it. But, until then the loot in the chest are well worth the key.

Can premium members say yay or nay to this as for it being moved to the confirmed section.

I wouldn't mind seeing a descriptive skill set, and maybe a bit more organized, but I say yay.

First off I did the run a few times and now it seems like I am just getting purples mostly. I haven't traveled out to check if the chest swap around. I guess my first five times getting all golds might have been a fluke but maybe someone might get lucky. As for the kind of build you need. A normal runner should work since these guys are slow at casting their spells. Also forgot to ad that they also use Double dragon too. Oh yeah, I almost forgot I am not trying for premium since I already have it. I just wanted to pass on this information. So otheres can make money.
