Instant level 20

You can reach level 20 almost instantly. You'll need a group of friends that are already 20 or so, but here's the deal:
1. Get a secondary profession and let Rurik and his henchmen clear out the Grawl in the caves.
2. Group up with a bunch of 20s and run from Ascalon City to Sanctum Cay (That's Ascalon, Yaks Bend, Bergon Hot Springs, Temple of Ages, Fisherman's Haven, Sanctum Cay).
3. Do the Sanctum Cay mission. You can either choose to stay at the beginning, or die and not get rezzed -- either way, you get credit.
4. The group does the three desert missions (Elona's Reach, Thirsty River, and Dunes of Despair) and heads to Augury Rock.
5. Talk to the sage and get the mission.
6. Beat your mirror self. Be level 20.
The goal is to bring a bunch of skills that will cause your mirror self to take damage when attacking you (like Price of Failure or Empathy) and any healing or HoT spells you happen to have. Also, learn to dodge arrows from the guy.
