Force Instance-Wide Disconnects

33% longer duration mods stack.

This means that you can use Plague Touch with a Barbed weapon, and cause any bleeding that you transfer to last 33% longer.

If you have someone on the opposing team who continues to Plague Touch the bleeding back to you (ideally with a barbed mod himself) the duration increase continues to stack.

Eventually, the value becomes so great that an instance-wide crash occurs. Everyone is immediately disconnected via err7.

Not sure if this works with Draw Conditions, Veratas Sacrifice/Infuse Condition, or what. Also unsure of how Extend Conditions interacts with this.

EDIT : For celerity's sake you might try two oppossing Contagion characters... should you find a need for this, or to make it fast. (this part is also untested, I am reluctant to trust others)
