Shadow Refuge or Feigning Neutrality
Dark Escape or Dash ( if you feel you need a good place to run)
Entangling Asp
Signet of Toxic Shock

Always keep up Deadly Paradox so your sin enchants recharge faster
You can replace Dash with Augury of Death or Castigation Signet

Weapons:
Insightful Staff of Enchanting and maybe energy inscription
1. for energy
2. so your SF ends at the right time
3. You have no daggers

Could farm alot of things like shiro for money and you wouldnt have to worry about the banishing thing because you can run and let your skills rech and spam castigation signet for e-management
you can also be able to farm beach on FoW and as the guy below me said yes it is good for running people at times if you spec correctly
you might work as tank with this

Yes this build works, works great with running people... Only thing that counters this is touch strip enchants, and AOE enchant removals like chilblains.
