I used to do this all the time. I didnt really see many more ppl do it.

Buy a ticket to a shuttleport. Then use the starship termanal to go to the same starport your already in. It takes you to the starship. No running around through the starport.

This has helped me in pvp situations, but mostly just cuts a corner.

How can you buy a ticket then run to the Ticket Collecter in 4-5 seconds? It is STILL faster just to port in from starship termanal, which is next to ticket vender.

The time it takes most people to reload, you could have been there. Plus in PVP you would open yourself up to being ganked when loading.

It doesnt reload. The screen blinks and your there.

Read the post please. I said it takes me 4-5 seconds to travel using the starship terminal anyway. So I might as well just run.

I've experienced this instant transfer. I'll try it and see.

This works great when you have no server lag. The transfer is instant and it is faster than running unless you are a jedi using force run.

Yeah ive been doing this for ages.
Lets say you want to go to mustafar.
You travel to coronet.
You purchase a ticket to mustafar.
You then fly to coronet with your ship, and because your already at coronet it will just warp you outside with no loading screen or anything.
This saves you the walk all the way back to the droid.
You walk a few feet to the ticket terminal and you can beat any one who runs back by alot.

Just a tip. Don't try this at Theed.

Also, Mos Entha sucks for this trick too since the starship terminals are off in another room. Other than that it still works.
