This'll let you change the email on an account even if you don't know the secret question or have access to the original account.

(Say, if it's old and you forgot, or, err, whatever)

1) Go to starwarsgalaxies.com
2) Log into account.
3) Go to "Support Site" on the top right and click help.
4) Just select anything for the search, doesn't matter... click search
5) Click "Chat Support"
6) It'll ask you to verify your email, type the new email address you wanna use, click okay or confirm (whatever the button is)
7) Go to your email and confirm it with the link
Cancel the chat
9) Go back to your account, and after a few mins your email will update

Not a huge deal, but it's handy. I figure this'll work for any SOE account.

Can members say yay or nay to this being moved to a confirmed section.

If you er, wanted to change the email on an account so that a password couldn't be retrieved or something...

Or something more legit, like you lost your old email's password.

umm well ive tried two different browser and each time you go to the chat support page all i have is a series of fields to fill in - name - product - category - problem description - submit request.

i see no box to fill in an email.

is there something i am missing?

I can access to the live support plage BUT Im still logged on an other account :/
not on the one I wana change the mail! I tried everything there is no way to logout! This support site totaly sucks lol

Not seeing the enter E-mail section either.

Would be more usefull to be able to change it without knowing the password, as my #)$!# EX changed my password and email to my account so i cant even access it. AND SOE wont give me access cause we billed it in her name....just great..
If anyone knows any tricks or possible ways around this, please let me know.
