Soloing The trouble with HK-47 (Droid Army)

I know most of this is just a guide, but if you get more then one person to speak to the shift leaders if done in a group an over spawn of miners will happen.

Enter and speak to Foreman Koseyet to start the instance. Now head over to the generator and destroy it. After doing so speak to the two shift leaders and have them follow you back towards the miner’s camp. From the Miner’s camp you will see an area then is sort of at the bottom of the hill and between two hills that makes a path up to the camp. When there tell the shift leaders to deploy his men there. Once the generator is destroyed you will see that there is a larger number of miners that spawn around the camp. Go to each group and talk to the shift leader to follow you, gather all the groups. Now head back to the area between the two hills, wait for the shift leader to get there and tell each one to deploy his men in the area. After this is done there will be a huge number of miners in a small area to protect the camp. If you’re in a group and everyone in your group tell the same shift leader to deploy at the same time you can get up to 8 times the number of miners from a single shift leader. Now run over to the passing groups of droid take a pop shot at them and then run back to your gank squad of miners to kill them off quickly. Because you destroyed the generator all of the droids will just walk over to it and stay there, allowing you to draw them one at a time over to the miners to finish off.

If you’re after the loot you just have to do more damage then the miners to the Forward Commander Mk.I

Not so fast on the nerfage! The OP might be onto something. I tried a couple times today and was close. Waypoint for the spot where you deploy the miners, please?

Hes right, this was not nerfed a year ago....I did this same strategy no less than 2 months ago. They may have changed this instance in update 4 though. You can still spawn the miners, but I heard the droids will move on to the bunker like they're supposed to since the generator is down. So, technically it would still not be nerfed, you would just have to reposition the miners in a different location

nah nah nah thats so old its a well known trick to beating it and has been for ages i dont think that person deserves the points and last i heard it was nerfed

It is not nerfed, I did it just a couple days again including the over spawn of the miners. You might have know of it, but there are those that sign up for this site that might not. I'm sure you know of some trick you might want to share too. please do.

cant attack the generator any more so nerfed ...


how ever if you just let the droids squads blow up the generator at the beginning .. u can move the after the miners inbetween wave before the commander enters the battlefield ..

but blowing up the generator yourself to get the mineres to Spawn is NERFED denfinatly

you cant attack the generator anymore, that is nerfed, now just let them blow the generator and wait at the other camp when they blow the generator up the miners will spawn and just move the miners infront of the foreman and deploy them there. You can do it that way just have to be fast since they start moving to the 2nd camp after the gen destroyed.
