Seen ent buff exploits posted but not this one from what I can tell.
Go into a cantina, house, whatever and max out on an ent. Get your buff, then have someone call a group Pickup. Accept the pickup, do what you got to do and then go back to the ent who buffed you. You will still be at max and can request another buff in just a few seconds.
It will only stay at max if you accept a group pickup while in range with the ent. This works best if your guild has a buffhouse, where the ent is there AFK buffing. This is very nice when running pvp or instances. Buff, take a pickup, go fight, die, rebuff, take another pickup. Easily shells off 5 mins.
