Sprint Question..

I just changed my secondary to warrior and I am looking for the sprint skill..Somewhere on the internet it was told that the skill vendor in yaks bend sells this, but I cannot find a skill vendor in yaks..
Should I just stick with Rush skill, or is there anywhere else I can pickup sprint? I have already done everything in Ascalon and cannot pickup that mission to get it there..
Probably a stupid question...
But any help would be appreciated.
