on GW ive heard theres a "Hero's Ascending" and that you have to be Ascended to be able to get to places, and i also heard that it gives you four levels no matter what level you are, so i was wondering where this Hero's Ascending is, and what you do, etc. thanks.

It gives you 4 lvl's depending on you're current lvl. If you're 20 you wont get 4 lvls but some Skill Points.

To find this place you need to go to the desert and complete the main 3 missions there. They are called Elona Reach, Thirsty River and Dunes of Despair. After this you can try and defeat you're doppleganger who is irritating from my POV. Then you will be ascended and can do Dragons lair, home of the famous Glint xD

Being ascended also gives you access to the Fissure of Woe and the Underworld.

Actually, (unless is has changed :0) you get 50,000 experiance for "ascending" of defeating "Doppleganger" aka your mirror. And if you defeat him in less than 30 seconds, you get an extra 10,000 bonus experiance points.

You are able to access areas such as "Fissure of Woe" and "The Underworld". These areas are found at "The Temple of Ages". Also, once you ascend, you are sent to the Dragons lair, as stated above. This is where you can go and defeat Glint, and have many opputunites to capture elite skills. You can look at my "How to defeat Glint" guide, under our confirmed guides section if you need help with it.

What you do to ascend, is defeat your mirror, know as "Doppleganger". You can find out how under our confirmed guides sections. There are many guides out there that explain how to, for just about every class.

Also as stated earlier, you get to Ascension mountain (or w/etf its called) by completing the 3 desert missions: Elonas Reach, Thirsty River and Dunes of Despair.

Yes it is but the missions needed to complete the ascension aren't that easy. Elona Reach may be even the easiest with the 3 crystals but the other 2 can be a pain in the !@#$%^&* xD

Agreed it stinks to do it but it has a "few" rewards

Before they had it so when u ascended it was auto lvl 20
Then lvl2 ppl ran through everything and asceded and got straight to level 20 now they have 50k xp and 10k xp for bonus.
