I See some ranger with a bear as pet.
Some one can explain me how to get one

Piece of cake post searing. The first one I can think of is around droknar. There are some past the troll cave nearer the material crafter. Or alternatively there are some roaming around Whitman's Folly.

Yes, you can charm spiders. In the Underworld or FOW actually (can't remember which). I'm not sure (as I've never done it myself) but I think you have to do a quest to get them.ghostkid wrote:You can charm spiders ?

It's in UW, you can tag along with a trapper group if they are nice :p

some teams of 55 and SS clear the whole map for you and they get the spider to spawn and u can just waltz in and charm it...
It will cost you 20-30k though.

and yes, in pre-searing the bears have been changed to use brutal mauling so you can't charm them

If you get a dire bear, that would sick, cause i have never seen one.

It just hit me, would it be possible to use blinding flash to blind the bear and tame it?
