Before going to Haldir by echad andestel in the flet in Lorien where you got the daily rep runs to enter golden wood, start the skirmish chain

easiest loc of one is past south gate of bree

once you acquire the quest to obtain war orders then get to mirk eaves and you can kill two birds with one stone

I found in beta and today in live that the war orders drop about one in 5 kills so you will be killing 50-60 mobs (MUST not be grey) to get the orders and then one more item to progress the skirmish line

if you do the first skirmish defending bree the first few waves are not that hard just make sure you and soldier/warrior are always fighting same mob or youve feared the other off

there is a rest between each wave so always med up before starting next round

on the last wave where the named Durk?? and his minions attack BE SURE to use soldier direct on him, again fear or stun if your class can one of the adds then concentrate on killing tjhe named you win if he dies, even if an add gets you adfter or the soldier/warrior dies

==== edit ====

the warrior is still glitched instead of heeling slightly behind to your left he is STILL about 5-6 paces ahead of you often agroing things
you do not want to fight yet

======

click on all your horses then open chacter panel go to skills go to new tab at bottom mounts unlock quickslots and drag the new icon to quick slot so don't freak when you see the horses gonr from your quickslot bar....

=====

make sure you get all the quests in mirk eaves especially the ones from the loremaster which just involve searching supply boxes in the immediate safe area and applying the bandages found to 5 injured dudes

already level; 65's in game!
