You can freeze any buff so that it no longer expires and stays on you forever!

How do you do this?

First put the buff up and when it gets to around 5-8 seconds left on the proc or buff hit evac or get someone to evac you. There you go, your buff will now flash and never expire till you zone.

How does it work?

It works like this, if a proc or buff expires while your in the middle of a evac it stays on you forever.

Who this really helps the most?

Swashbucklers! They have a 17 second proc that does 400 damge on every hit! So obviously you can use this to destroy mobs at an insane speed.

You know I had this happen the other day with a haste buff from a zerker i couldnt figure out how it happened just stayed blinking in my buffs bar for hours. Thanks for the info.

If this works, I give it 2 days tops before it gets fixed.

Swashbucklers proc is called Inspired Daring.

It could have been working for 6 months, But today is the first day it has showed up on 3 different boards.

I want it to worked forever, but it's now getting some air time.

Just use it as much as you can while it lasts:)

yeah this was taken from the eq2 forum site. enjoy it while it lasts. Can you imagine the lvl 50 zerker buff that turns all yer melee damage into frontal aoe? drooooool.

Is this bug class specific? Having no luck with this as a conjuror.

I did it several times yesterday but no luck today, and no it wasnt class specific, i was casting frostbound gift and it was staying up for hours. This may have been nerfed.
