1. Set up a guild
2. Have both the good character and evil character in the guild
3. Set up an exclusive bank tab (4 of them to pick from) for both characters to have access to
4. Transfer any items and money from character to character between cities

20-40% Broker fee? NEVER!

I thought this was common knowledge by now. Most people are already in guilds by now =P

It is common knowledge for anyone in a guild lol, but it's the little things we overlook sometimes, such as why bother spending anything to transfer across the brokers with the risk of losing your stuff (especially with the broker bots developing), when you can do it 100% safely?

they added the cross city mail to the PVE so you can mail it instead of getting into a guild
