The best way to obtain alot of combat xp is by killing gurks on the planet of Lok...

There are generally about 9 per lair, dishing out about 4000 xp each - including 5000 for the lair itself.

Perks: 1) They don't death blow
2) They don't spawn babies
3) They have NO armor

or you could do savage quenkers on dantooine , same exp but they spawn babies and that suck
