Ask a CSR to change it.

The CSR can change your name to any name, even names already taken. Enjoy.

This is bannale if they find out you asked for an already taken name on purpose.

i am wondering if this still works, and if having the same name as an already existing player would grant you acces to their structures. Only because I have a mall to recover, and can't becasue the owner doesnt play anymore.

Say you had 2 accts...and both were online....a 3rd acct tips you....would be nice to know.

Heh heh, think of the applications... bio-linked items... no trade items... if it works, create a new toon with an offensive name, change it to one of your lvl 90 toon's names, then use his respec device for an instant lvl 90, lol.

Tried this they check and see if it's available first. Unless you got a noob CSR or you had your lucky shirt on who knows.

How did this get in here? It doesn't work. The guys is full of BS. I also thought we had to vote for these things. Cause I would have vote no for this as an exploit.
Here is why it doesn't work:
If you get lucky enought to get a name change they ask you for names that they check to see if they are available. If the name is not available they will not give this to you.

Yah there are checks there now. This is 2 years old. Moving it to nerfed.
